THREE TOP HOTEL PERFORMANCE AWARDS

NAPLES, Fla., March #, 2007 – The Doubletree Guest Suites Naples is proud to announce that they were recently honored with the top three annual hotel performance awards awarded by Hilton Hotels Corporation. The hotel received the “Connie” Award, the Doubletree Pride Award and Excellence in Hospitality Award for outstanding performance and leadership within the Doubletree brand in 2006.
Jennifer Robbins, general manager of the Doubletree Guest Suites Naples was presented with the awards during the Doubletree General Managers Conference recently held in Scottsdale, Arizona in early March. The DoubleTree Guest Suites Naples is a six-time recipient of the DoubleTree Pride award and a five-time recipient if the “Connie” Award in it’s six years of operation, and the inaugural recipient of the Excellence in Hospitality Award.

Finalists for the Connie Award and Doubletree Pride Award are determined by a composite score of two key components of the Doubletree Balanced Scorecard rating system: a Brand Consistency Index (a measurement of Physical Condition, Cleanliness, and compliance with Brand Standards) Guest Loyalty Scores (a combination of three scores from the Doubletree Satisfaction and Loyalty Tracking Report) and the Brand Promise Scorecard (a rating system of 12 key performance service indicators by the brand). Doubletree Pride Awards were presented to hotels with the top ten scores. Named in honor of company founder Conrad Hilton, the “Connie” Award is presented to the top performing hotel across the brand’s 175 hotels across North America. The Hospitality Award of Excellence is presented to the hotel with the highest aggregate guest loyalty scores, specific to seven key hospitality and service measurements.
